Mission Statement
The Witter Gallery is an EXHIBITING and EDUCATIONAL GALLERY. Its objective is to encourage the appreciation of fine arts; to support fine arts education, exhibits, lectures, and art workshops and classes for the benefit of the public; and to establish awards, grants, and scholarships to promote study in the area of fine arts.
Vision: Witter Gallery is the center for the creation, exhibition, preservation and appreciation of fine arts in the Storm Lake area.
